James is Awesome

Dear Friends and Family, As many of you know I’ve been battling cancer these past two years. Hard as it is to admit, cancer appears be gaining the upper hand. My life has been reduced to lying around my parent’s house, keeping up with an ever changing litany of meds, and looking back on my thirt

On March 4, at 5:03pm, James left this world to begin his next great adventure. He was surrounded by those who loved him dearest and, at the end, he was at peace. While this is devestating for all of us, we know we will see him again.

I found an amazing artist who helped me create this tattoo in your memory. You left this world sailing into the next great adventure, and that gives me peace. The flowers on either side represent April, daisies, the month you were born, and daffodils, March, the month you died. Above are the moon
