Thinking of you and your family always. Such a solid guy, who cared so much for the quality of care that your patients received, all the way down to the awful food services we had in the beginning. I remember how passionate you would become because of how terrible the delivery and accuracy of the patient's food orders would be. If I remember correctly, you either did or almost went to the basement once to try to get your patient the correct tray! Giving you report after a long night shift was always amazing because you were in early with a smile and usually had some sort of treat for the staff. The occasional night shift that you would work (when our patients were stable and asleep) interesting discussions could be about any topic i.e. the night we all debated about the existence of extraterrestrials/the paranormal. I stole the group photo from Deb because it is such a great memory of the time we all got together for restaurant week. You had that bottle opener that made its way around the table to everyone creating laughs when anyone found it. It reminds me of how strong and connected our CICU family is. You are one of the most compassionate and positive humans that I have ever met. Love you always 💙.
